FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

+ Q: Do you do free art or trades?
A: Sometimes, and even then, only with mutuals.
+ Q: How do I commission you?
A: You can commission me when my commissions are open and by contacting me directly on my social media! I'm most active on Twitter and Toyhouse.
+ Q: What art program do you use?
A: Paint Tool Sai 2.
+ Q: What are the dimensions for commissions?
A: All pieces will be 1200x1200 or more. They generally are 2000x2000 and larger.
+ Q: What payments do you accept?
A: I only accept Paypal. The prices I list are in USD so make sure to consider the conversion.
+ Q: What can you draw?
A: I draw anthros, humans, humanoids, monsters, etc. I am working on being more familiar with complex designs. I'm comfortable with drawing pretty much any species, including taurs.
+ Q: What DON'T you draw (for commissions)?
A: Fanart of other media of any sort. Not my thing, original content only. I also will not do any art for anything offensive or harmful towards a group of people. As a disclaimer, I'm not on the side of police, extreme nationalism, racism, transphobia, homophobia, etc. I want nothing to do with working with you if those are the ideas you openly endorse.
+ Q: Do you do NSFW commissions?
A: Perhaps in the future.
+ Q: How are changes and revisions done?
A: I send multiple WIPS and updates to ensure you are satisfied with progress and the concept. These are where changes should be pointed out, please do not wait until it is complete to express this. I do not make major revisions on finished pieces.
+ Q: What if I am not satisfied with the commission?
A: I would be sorry to hear that, however, I do not do refunds on completed pieces due to the nature of how I communicate progress. If cancelled before the initial sketch is confirmed by both sides then I can refund it. Please read the T.O.S for full refund terms.
+ Q: How long does it take for a commission to be finished?
A: Can be from 1 week at best to a 3-5 months at worst. I will try to let you know which ahead of time.
+ Q: Can I post art that I have commissioned from you on social media?
A: Of course, just make sure to give me credit!
+ Q: What rights over the commissioned art do I have?
A: I retain all rights to posting completed commissions as examples or to my portfolio. You may use the art for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You own the art to that extent.
+ Q: Can I count your commission towards the value of a character?
A: Of course. Just do not value/resell my artwork for more than you paid for it or what it's worth in trade. That is, don't profit from it.

ㅤa. I do not do deadlines. You may politely ask if you could have a piece done by a certain time (no less than 1 month out) but this is not guaranteed as a certainty.
VI.ㅤCustomer Satisfaction: I strive to ensure that you have received a product you are happy with, however, after the commission is complete, I can only perform small changes such as marking or color corrections. VIII.ㅤArtist Usage Policy: As the artist, I retain all other rights over the produced artwork. I am allowed to promote myself with the artwork, use it in my portfolio, as examples, and display it. It is my decision to choose to only publicly repost watermarked or compressed versions of finished commissions, not inherent; you may ask if you would prefer your commission not be posted publicly within reason.
ㅤa. I retain the right to reuse sketches or concepts that were not used in your commission. This pertains to work-in-progress pieces that were not utilized or incorporated into the final piece.

If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason before or after that amount of time, I will communicate it to you and refund you.
